Refund Policy

At All Things Fairy, every session, product, and service is created with love and intention. Due to the nature of our offerings, we have the following refund policy in place:

Sessions & Services

• All sales are final for Reiki sessions, sound baths, and other healing services.

• If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session.

• No refunds will be issued for missed or last-minute canceled appointments.

 

Products

• Due to the handmade and energetic nature of our products, all sales are final.

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or store credit.
